izunagaoka festival 2018

one of the smaller festivals on the calendar the izunagaoka festival is a really intimate riverside festival. held at the height of summer it is surprisingly cool perhaps because of the river. the fireworks are a great feature and you have to remind yourself to not experience the whole show from behind the lens. the temptation being to take as many pictures as possible to capture everything to share. these are the snaps that I managed to get. have a look and let me know what you think on my facebook page. the color photographs are available for my patrons by way of thanks.
